The Happy Habitat Consult
Need a little direction? A Happy Habitat Consult is a 90-minute in-home working session for design or staging. We'll walk through your SPACE together, identify what's working and what isn't and where a few thoughtful changes can make the biggest impact.
For staging clients, we may address furniture placement, editing and decluttering, room function, styling, curb appeal, and recommendations for what to move, remove, or add before photography and listing.
For design clients, we can tackle paint colors, furniture placement, styling, or a specific design challenge.
Either way, you'll leave the consult with clear direction and actionable recommendations you can implement on your own.

The Happy Habitat Project
When you want more than advice, we'll take your room from idea to finished design. A Happy Habitat Project is a defined design or staging engagement built around one room and/or a specific, agreed-upon scope of work.
For staging clients, this may mean preparing specific rooms for listing photos, rearranging existing furnishings, sourcing a few finishing pieces, or stying the home before it goes on the market.
For design clients, it may include space planning, sourcing furnishings, color and finish selections, visual concepts and styling.
Every Project is individually scoped and priced based on what you need, so you know what's included before we begin. Your proposal will identify the rooms or spaces covered, deliverables, and revision limits.

Need more help after the original scope is complete? Additional styling, sourcing, shopping, installation, revisions, or added rooms/ SPACES are available at $125/hour.
